According to data from the Interior Ministry in Spain human trafficking for sexual exploitation generates 5 million euros a day, a business that already moves more money worldwide than drugs.

It is estimated that 40,000 new women cross our borders each year, who travel deceived or against their will from different countries, being subject to continuous circulation through different cities of Spain.

Andalusia is the Autonomous Community with the highest number of hostess clubs exceeding 17,000, and one of the communities where prostitution is most consumed.
